Appointments and cancellations

Requests made through our online scheduler are requests, not confirmed bookings, until our team confirms them. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment so the time can be offered to another patient.

Any fee or coverage information shown on this site is indicative. Your actual cost depends on your treatment plan and your insurance benefits, and will be given to you in writing before treatment begins.
