Dental care without insurance. One flat fee covers your preventive visits for the year and takes a percentage off everything else.
Who the plan is for
The membership plan is built for patients without dental insurance: self-employed, retired, between jobs, or on a plan that does not include dental. You pay the practice directly, so there is no insurer deciding what is covered.
It applies to any of our 18 dental services and can be combined with monthly payment plans on larger treatment. If you are not sure whether the plan or your existing benefits work out better, ask the office and we will compare them with you.
What the membership plan includes
The plan works like a subscription with the practice. You pay one flat fee for the year, which covers your routine preventive care, and you receive a discount on other treatment we provide.
- Routine exams and professional cleanings for the year
- Digital X-rays as needed
- Discounts on fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions and other treatment
- No deductibles, no waiting periods and no annual maximum
- No claim forms or pre-approvals
Membership plan or dental insurance?
Dental insurance often comes with waiting periods, annual maximums and limits on what is covered. Our membership plan has none of these. You join, you pay the practice directly, and you can use your benefits right away.
The plan is usually the better choice if you do not have insurance through work, are self-employed or retired, or have a medical plan that does not include dental. If you have Medicaid, FAMIS or a PPO plan, you will normally use that instead, and we accept all of them.
How to join
Ask at the front desk or call (703) 884-2080. You can join at your first visit and start using the plan the same day. The plan covers patients at our Woodbridge office on Minnieville Road. Current pricing for adults and children is shown above.

Is there a waiting period?
No. You can use your membership benefits from the day you join.
Can I use the plan with insurance?
The plan is designed for patients without dental insurance. If you have insurance, we will bill your plan instead.
